ELA Unit 1 Week 6
ELA this week will be a review of all the information learned in the past five weeks. Because the students as a whole excelled in spelling, we will not be reviewing spelling words. Instead we will be reviewing the vocabulary for each story. There will not be a test on Thursday.
In addition, there is no story this week. We will be reading and practicing strategies, but not focusing on one single story. Again, there will be no test as a result.
The same is true with grammar.
We are taking a test, but it is a cumulative review of the work we have already done. After our ELA lesson, the students are asked to complete one section of the test.
Thanks,
Ms. Q
